2025 Insulation rebates

Below are the guidelines for each rebate for existing homes: If you pay your gas utility bill to CenterPoint Energy, you may qualify for the following rebates:
- Attic air sealing only- $750
- Attic air sealing + qualifying attic insulation- $1,300
- Qualifying wall insulation- $1,500
- Rim joist insulation- $200 only as an add-on with one of the measures above

Below are the guidelines for each rebate for existing homes: If you pay your gas utility bill to Xcel Energy, you may qualify for the following rebates:
- Air sealing- 40% of project cost up to $600
- Attic insulation- 40% of project cost up to $1,200
- Wall Insulation- 40% of project cost up to $1,200

Minnesota energy resources
Below are the guidelines for each rebate for existing homes: If you pay your gas utility bill to Minnesota Energy Resources, you may qualify for the following rebates:
- Sidewall insulation- $750
- Foundation/rim joist insulation- $425
- Floor above unconditioned space and cantilevers- $200
- Air sealing only- $300
- Air sealing and attic insulation- $650
